House Bill 841 was signed into law by Governor Scott on March 23, 2018. This Bill defines changes to Community Association Laws: FS-718 (Condo), 719 (Co-op) and 720 (HOA) and will be effective July 1, 2018. Most of the changes are minor adjustments to many of the condo laws that were implemented in 2017.
